In accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (“PAIA”), and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”), APBCO Auditors Inc. and APBCO Accountants Paarl (Pty) Ltd have prepared a PAIA Manual to guide members of the public on how to request access to information held by the company. The manual sets out the categories of records available, the process to follow when submitting a request, and the contact details of our Information Officer.
